We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery in the UK
£3.95 (Free on orders £50 and over)
For standard delivery within the UK (and including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands) please allow 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Delivery within EU
£14 (Free on orders £150 and over)
For orders shipped within the EU, please allow 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Any import duties and taxes incurred are responsibility of the customer.
Delivery within the USA & Canada
£25 (Free on orders £150 and over)
For orders shipped within the US & Canada, please allow 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Any import duties and taxes incurred are responsibility of the customer.
Other International Delivery
Our items are shipped worldwide, prices and delivery times vary depending on destination. Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to confirm the shipping cost of your order. Note that international deliveries can take anywhere from 3 to 11 working days on average (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Any import duties and taxes incurred are responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We really think that you and your baby will love our products. However, if there is any reason for which you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or would like to return your items, you may apply for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Please notify our customer services team who will then advise you of the returns procedure depending on the reason for return. Please provide all relevant details, including your name, order number and details of the order.
Items returned must be unused and unworn and in their original packaging, including any tags.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you return a product for reasons other than defects in the goods, or an incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s). In the unlikely event of an incorrect or faulty item sent to you, postage will be refundable to you. We strongly advise you to use a secure and tracked postal method for all returns, as we cannot refund or exchange items that have not been received. Please retain proof of postage until you have received credit or exchange for your return. Unless otherwise specified, sale items are non-refundable.
